Can someone get a transfer from one school of LUMS to another? If Yes, how much difficult or easy it is? What are the requirements and procedure for doing so?

Yes, you can transfer and it is possible to transfer from any school to any school at the end of the first year even second year without wasting any years (provided you have taken courses of that major to which you are transferring).
BUT transfer is not a piece of cake. You will have to take courses from your desired school plus courses from your current school.
Why desired school? so that you get an idea of that field plus transfer committee head gets an idea how much eligible you are for your desired major.
Why current school? so that in case you DON'T get a transfer, that one year of your studies should not be wasted and you can continue your studies in current school.
To be eligible for transfer from HSS/LAW to SDSB, you have to take 3,4 courses from SDSB and minimum 3.3 CGPA.
(note that 3.0+ CGPA is no joke in LUMS, so if you're not so sure about how GPA system works in LUMS and have only heard stories (or GPA's) of your friends and family cousins of other universities, don't just make an assumption that you will easily be able to score good grades just because your are FSc Board topper.)
And I repeat, this only, makes you eligible to apply for transfer and doesn't guarantee your transfer. Just like 70% marks in Matriculation makes you eligible for applying to LUMS but everyone knows an applicant with 90+% is not so sure about his admission in LUMS. Same is the case with transfer in schools applicants.
To be eligible for transfer from HSS/LAW to SSE, you have to take 3,4 courses from SSE and good CGPA (no specific min limit ) This makes you eligible to apply for transfer, doesn't guarantee your transfer.
Transfer from SDSB to SSE or vice-versa is relatively very difficult because of the hectic semester plan of both schools. You will have to take courses from both schools and your CGPA will be laughing at you at the end of the year ( I am not saying that you can't do it. People have done it in past but I am just showing you the other side of the picture)
Transfer from any school to HSS/LAW is relatively easy.
So try you luck for transfer at your own risk. Don't blame any senior at the end of the DAY.
